Terms of use
Effective September 14, 2026
fincy is a private household ledger. By signing in you agree to use it for your own bookkeeping. Sign-up is restricted to allow-listed emails; this is not a public product.
Your data
You are responsible for the accuracy of records you enter and for files imported from email or uploads. Optional Gmail access is read-only and limited to streams you configure. See the privacy policy for what we store and which processors we use.
Acceptable use
Do not use fincy to access anyone else’s mail or finances, to break the law, or to overload the service. We may revoke access if an account is misused.
No warranty
fincy is provided as-is for personal use. It is not tax, legal, or investment advice. We are not liable for lost data, missed filings, or decisions you make from the numbers on screen. Keep your own backups of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Changes
We may update these terms when the product changes. The date at the top is the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
